CME 2017

Located at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Cohen Center on July 13th, 2017 8:00 AM-5:30 PM. If you are a medical professional and wish to attend the AIS-DSD conference, you must also attend the CME.

The CME is designed to provide an advanced training for clinicians to discuss best practices in treatment, individuals rights, and sensitivity training for treating individuals with an intersex or Difference of Sex Development diagnosis. It is also meant to provide medical professionals a safe space in which to hold their own discussion/sharing workshop and examine their own past treatment modalities, potential personal biases, and to hold a space where medical allies can also safely open up and acknowledge how the medical community can do better.
